I have always had the passion and curiosity to get to know others and learn about their unique life journeys. Through working in schools, admissions, and the hospitality industry and personal interests of travel and the arts, I have gained a deep appreciation and better understanding for different perspectives and the things that contribute to how we each walk through the world. I bring this lens, along with compassion, warmth and curiosity, into my therapy work to create a place of safety to explore and learn about yourself together, and meeting you where you are at. I draw from a humanistic/person-centered orientation, additionally implementing trauma-informed, somatic, acceptance and commitment and mindfulness-based techniques.
