I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with ten years of experience working with children, families, teens and individuals experiencing a variety of life’s challenges and mental health issues. Some of my specialities include life transitions, anxiety, depression, issues related to self-esteem, relationship issues, family issues, parenting issues & children with developmental delays. My counseling style is warm, empathetic and interactive. My approach is strength based and combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution-focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. One of my greatest passions in life is helping individuals to learn valuable tools for creating stronger connections and relationships.
