I believe in the innate capacity for all of us to grow, to work through challenges and to create positive change in life. I focus on creating a collaborative process with my clients to help them find solutions to their problems. I work with adolescents, adults, and families. In addition, I also offer unique "walk and talk" sessions for adolescents or adults.
