I help you break free from negative thought patterns, manage intense emotions, and develop practical tools to cope with life’s everyday challenges. Together, we create a s specialize in supporting youth and young adults who have experienced trauma, struggle with mood disorders or ADHD, or are navigating challenging phases of life. I have extensive experience supporting teens and young adults in college counseling settings, helping them navigate academic pressures, social challenges, and the transition to adulthood. I’ve also worked with kids, adolescents, and teens in sport-based therapy environments, where I guide them in building confidence, and managing stress.
