Hey, you made it! Be proud of yourself for taking this step to being a different you. I'd be honored to join in as you navigate through life’s challenges. We can challenge together troubling thought patterns that vex you; anxiety that keeps you up at night, or coping skills that just aren't cutting it. Let’s process the loss you never got to face, trauma that keeps popping up, or talk about that break up that really messed you up last year. I can help you work toward gaining momentum, get back on track, or just get to know yourself better. I am here to witness your experience, but even more so I will be here to sit with you in it. I try to be as human as possible; authenticity is my brand. I believe humor is a great avenue for communication, but also a mask we hide behind. I aim to help clients learn to rely less on a mask and lean into who they truly are. I enjoy working with individuals going through life changes; typically gen Z and millennial aged clients.
