Life can be extremely challenging at times and I believe that being heard and receiving empathy are powerful components of the healing process. My goal as a Licensed Certified Social Worker is to help clients explore life's challenges, increase self-awareness and promote behavioral change. I am passionate about providing a safe space for individuals to accomplish their therapeutic goals and strongly believe in a client-therapist relationship that is built on authenticity and trust. I enjoy working with clients who are facing life transitions, grief, anxiety and more. Collaborating with my clients on identifying an approach that best fits their needs is important to me. I utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities when working with clients, including but not limited to: Person Centered, Strength Based, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
