I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years’ experience who is deeply passionate about establishing relationships that help others make courageous changes and face the fears that keep them from thriving. It is a joy to watch others discover who they were made to be. I am especially skilled at—and greatly enjoy—working with pre-teens, adolescents, women of all ages, married couples, and families. I conceptualize the obstacles my clients face through the lens of family systems which means I look to birth order, family roles, and core beliefs as clues to how a person sees the world. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and a person-centered approach to journey with my clients toward their goals for healing.
