With a background in Solution Focused Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, together we will work from a Strengths-Based approach to establish a personalized therapeutic intervention and treatment goals. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples to help explore matters of depression, anxiety, loss/grief, trauma, abuse, performance anxiety, and PTSD.
