The majority of my experience over the last 16 years has been with couples and individuals, and this is where I find myself to be most successful and happen to find the most enjoyment. I find great satisfaction in seeing couples discover the ability to reconnect, communicate, and discover new ways to live in harmony again, whether this is in an actual couple session or individually. I believe in relationships. Relationships are essential to our everyday lives, and when we have unhealthy relationships we begin to see it affect other areas of our lives. This is why I believe in helping people create positive, healthy relationships, and that includes a healthy relationship with yourself.
