My perspective is strength based and together we can work to identify obstacles, which may be getting in the way of achieving your goals. My approach is warm, respectful and empathetic. I am committed to best practices and am trained in EMDR and ERP. Incorporating various treatment modalities, I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults, and am trained in couples and family therapy.
