I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker out of Austin, TX! My passion as a therapist is helping my clients navigate anxiety with confidence. My clients will leave sessions with the tools to navigate their anxious minds with evidenced based tools and increased flexibility of thought. I am passionate about navigating long-term co-sleeping (related to anxiety) and helping children and tweens (and their parents) gain the tools they need to sleep independently.
