As a practicing Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing space where clients feel empowered to process their experiences and collaboratively explore solutions. Talk Therapy, Art Therapy, Inner Child work, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy are some of the ways I provide my clients with thoughtful, compassionate, individual counseling to help bring about personal growth and change.
