My name is Molly, I'm a psychotherapist in California + Hawai'i specializing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges with individuals and couples. My style is warm, inclusive, and deeply relational, centered on supporting you in exploring what matters, healing what hurts, and moving toward greater connection with yourself and others. As your therapist, I draw upon an eclectic range of tools, and use EMDR to treat reactions to stress and complex trauma.
