I am honored to be able to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds who are experiencing issues of all kinds. My ideal client is someone who is curious about themselves and the world, and who is open to personal evolution. I meet my clients where they are to co-create treatment approaches that draw upon psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems theory, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapies, and I am always open to supplementing our work with an exploration of the spiritual and somatic.
