I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina (LCMHC), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York (LMHC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey (LPC). I have experience in trauma-informed private practice, working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, developmental concerns, trauma and complex trauma.
