I am a licensed clinical social worker who utilizes a collaborative, client centered approach when working with individuals and couples. My therapeutic background includes helping clients develop tools to manage their symptoms of anxiety, depression, mental health crises, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping clients enhance their interpersonal relationships through developing a non-judgmental awareness, and a deepened understanding of their behavioral patterns.
