The birth of a child can be the most joyful experience in a woman's life and simultaneously disorienting and disillusioning. As a licensed psychotherapist, yogini and mother, I will hold the space for the complexity of this transition and help you navigate challenges that include, but are not limited to: Changes in identity and body image; relationship issues; experience with postpartum depression and anxiety.
