I help lead clients in creating more compassionate relationships with themselves. I received my masters in mental health counseling from New England College. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) I works to support adult clients in finding solutions and identifying their strengths, to help in addressing a variety of life challenges. Using an integrative approach of DBT, CBT and solution focused therapy to guide clients in gaining more skills to manage stressors.
