I am currently accepting new clients with immediate daytime availability! Change can be scary and yet, so is staying the same. I understand the fear of starting this journey and while therapy can be challenging, vulnerable, and emotional, I know that it also instills hope. It can even be humorous at times because let’s face it: life is hard, it doesn't come with an instruction manual, and sometimes laughing through the chaos is the best option we have. I help people embrace their strengths while learning to cope and coexist with their vulnerabilities, pain, and grief.
