I started my clinical career at McLean Hospital as a therapist in a variety of roles including inpatient unit, partial program, and outpatient clinic. I spent 15 years working with adults who were struggling with substance use, mood and anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. In my 13 years of private practice, not only do I focus on individual therapy, I work with couples/families who struggle with communication, family systems dynamics, conflict resolution, and supporting family members struggling with mental health diagnoses. It's a privilege to be able to work with my patients and I truly love what I do.
