Hello! I am passionate about supporting clients in building and maintaining mental health in ways that work for them. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and their loved ones in navigating a world that is challenging and often does not lend itself to a healthy mental state. I have learned that it is important to meet people where they are at, truly listen when they speak, and employ deep empathy for clients when they are struggling. I like to think of myself as calm, patient, and down to earth.
