Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burdened by familial dynamics, or stuck in patterns that hold you back from feeling at peace and grounded in yourself? Older teens and adults come to me for help navigating problems anxiety, trauma, and familial challenges. During meetings, I support them with warmth, understanding, and a holistic lens to process their experiences and promote healing. I'm especially experienced in working with people of marginalized backgrounds, specifically people of color and the LGBTQ+ community. Clients who are eldest and only children feel especially seen and validated during our meetings.
