My ideal client is someone dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or challenges related to life transitions. In our work together we'll develop coping strategies, building resilience, improving self-awareness and communication skills. I can work with any adults and elders. I have extensive experience (5+ years) working with Veteran's through the VA. The goal is to work towards symptom reduction to personal growth and improved relationships.
