I am a dedicated, perceptive and highly competent clinician with 34 years experience. Certified in Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, I also hold multiple certifications in addictions treatment and have taught in the areas of addiction, HIV/AIDS and personality disorders. I have worked intensively and extensively with those struggling with (and/or recovering from) all forms of addictive disorders: alcohol/drugs, sexual compulsion, eating disorders, gambling. I am also strongly experienced in and sensitive to issues of grief, trauma, identity, illness as well as interpersonal, attachment and sexual difficulties.
