I offer a warm, grounded space for anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship stress, and identity concerns, including LGBTQ+ and gender identity support. I’ll meet you where you are, honoring your culture, context, and lived experience. Together we’ll build tools for steadiness, boundaries, and communication.
