As a therapist and the owner of H.E.A.L Space, LLC, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals who feel weighed down by emotional pain-whether from past trauma, chronic stress, or persistent anxiety. Many experience struggles that are not just in their thoughts, but also manifest physically as tension, fatigue, or restlessness. Often, they feel “stuck” or overwhelmed by emotions that are difficult to name or release, seeking a deeper, more holistic approach to healing.
