Hello, and thank you for taking the time and having the courage to seek out a counselor! To help you find your best fit, I work with adults, as individuals, couples, and groups. I work with people dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief/loss, suicide/self-harm, parenting, self-esteem, and abuse/neglect. While I specialize in Christian Counseling, I also work with many people who prefer not to incorporate their faith in the therapeutic process. My style tends to lean toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping people overcome self-defeating thought patterns. I’ve been in private practice for 20 years.
