I'm so happy you are here —whether as an adult in individual therapy or as a child in play therapy—this is a step toward healing, self-understanding, and growth. While the approaches may differ depending on age and needs, the heart of the therapeutic experience remains the same: a safe, nonjudgmental space where change is possible. I have 9 years of experience working with clients of all ages managing; anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, autism, adjustment difficulties, relationship conflicts, and self-identity.
