Hello there. My name is Monet C. Ramsey. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience working with teenagers to adults who have, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Women's Issues, and Career Counseling. I incorporate a mix of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Supportive, and Trauma Focused therapies during my treatment session with clients. I believe that everyone at some point needed someone to be there for them to support and as a source of strength.
