Balance is hard. There are often many influences in our lives pushing and pulling us in different directions – work, friends, school, relationships with others, relationships with ourselves, and the extreme changes happening in our world. It can be hard to navigate, and it takes incredible strength to reach out and acknowledge needing help. In this life, my calling has been to support the black community and the queer community, but especially those living at the intersection of both. My goal is always to support my clients in defining what balance looks like for them and taking steps to achieve it.
