Sometimes life feels unmanageable or even unfamiliar; the heaviness is more than you can bear. Do you feel overwhelmed or overlooked? My goal is to ensure that my client's feel seen and validated while working to empower them with tools to navigate their current challenges. Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to use your voice in identifying solutions for your life. During the first session, I will ask quite a few questions so that I can best understand who you are and what you are looking for. I know that it can be uncomfortable and feel like a bit of an inquisition, but we're laying the groundwork to build a strong foundation. Coming from a Social Work background gives me a broad scope, examining individual, community, and societal issues.
