Constantly battling racing thoughts and so many “what-ifs?”— When the struggle becomes too intense, it can be difficult to navigate on your own. It takes a lot of strength to work through the things that are weighing you down. It is my goal to guide and support you while empowering you to reconnect back to yourself. I specialize in anxiety, trauma and life transitions with teens and young adults. My approach to therapy is eclectic by combining a holistic approach with evidenced based treatments that are tailored to the presenting concern and to incorporate all aspects of yourself.
