In my experience, the only constant in life is change, whether it be a job, a living situation, a move, a relationship, the death of a loved one, trauma, or countless other changes we encounter and create. Change, even a desire for change, can often feel overwhelming when we do not know what action to take or if we should take any action at all. My focus is on helping my individual, couple, and family clients feel empowered to handle the challenges they face leading up to, during, and following life changes. I will listen without judgement and offer support and compassion as clients do the courageous work of leaning into change.
