I’m a Trauma and Divorce Recovery Coach, not a licensed therapist. My coaching focuses on helping individuals recover from the emotional impact of divorce, loss, and attachment wounds. With nearly 15 years of experience studying trauma, abuse, and relationship dynamics, I help clients find clarity, confidence, and resilience after painful transitions. My forensic training allows me to support those involved in or recovering from family court matters, high-conflict dynamics, and complex co-parenting situations.
