Choosing to engage in therapy and journey toward optimal health can be a daunting process. I believe that taking this step and embarking on a path toward health is an opportunity and every individual has the power and capacity to transform. My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental aimed at creating a space that is safe, supportive and comfortable. My therapeutic framework draws from a psychodynamic approach and I utilize the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in order to help client's harmonize their own internal systems so they are better equipped to face challenges and experience each day from a place of well being.
