I offer marriage/premarital counseling and relationship therapy with a focus on navigating healthy communication, conflict resolution, infidelity and intimacy. I work with a variety of couples and individuals in a safe space where all are welcome and LGBTQ+ clients are encouraged. My approach is empathic, curious, comfortable and compassionate. I believe in meeting my clients where they are to highlight your strengths, preferences, and needs. Reaching out to find a therapist who feels like a good fit can be the hardest part of getting started. I take an active approach in fostering personal growth and self-reflection. My therapy is focused on; relationship issues, family conflict, addiction recovery, self-esteem, body image, and boundaries. The length of counseling varies within each client and may require a level of patience and trust in the therapeutic process. In our therapeutic alliance, we can create a supportive space to foster growth, transformation and healing.
