I'm so glad you are here. My practice offers an individualized approach that focuses on empowering you. Is life filled with stress? Do you feel anxious, unhappy, or just exhausted all the time? Trauma and wounds impact all of us, and repair work is a process. Feeling stuck in the past or a painful experience is something that does not have to be the way you walk through the world. I believe that healing takes place when we feel understood. My hope is to guide you through a process with gaining a sense of control on your journey and to create an upward momentum.
