Oftentimes it's exhausting managing the needs of yourself while also taking care of others whether you are a parent (or a different family member serving as a caregiver), a healthcare provider, a counselor, or a caregiver in another role. I find great passion in supporting caregivers to help them navigate the stress of caring for others. Additionally, I can coach parents to help them implement effective parenting strategies.
