Hello and welcome! My name is Monica Garcia, I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have worked in a variety of settings with a diverse population for over 5 years. I specialize in depression, autism spectrum disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, low self-esteem, OCD and ADHD. Depending on my client's needs I utilize CBT, ERP and positive psychology to reduce distressing feelings and allow my clients to live a life worth celebrating.
