My name is Monica Gomez (she/her/ella), I am a Latina therapist that uses a person centered, attachment based, psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-informed lens in her work. I bring an authentic and caring presence into the therapy room. I believe in a whole-person approach, and therefore consider the needs of mind, body, and spirit in my approach. I am interested in psychedelic assisted therapy. I provide education, preparation, and integration services for psychedelics. Research shows that proper preparation prior to a psychedelic experience, alongside integration following an experience, is crucial to long-lasting change.
