I am not currently accepting new clients, I will be out of the office until April 1st. Making the decision to come to therapy can often be difficult. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to help foster change and overcome challenges. Utilizing a strength based approach, I draw from various modalities, including person centered, brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness, to best meet the needs of each individual, couple or family. The goal of therapy is to support you on your healing process while improving the quality of your life and emotional well-being.
