As a clinical psychotherapist, my aim is to provide services to my clients which include: helping them identify, understand and achieve their life goals, alleviate their psychological suffering, and help promote positive self-worth, self-esteem and autonomy in a safe and confidential environment. It is not easy to navigate through difficult times in life alone; I am here to listen.
