I’m Monica Gutierrez, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I enjoy being a support to my clients during this journey of self-discovery and healing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, and work stressors. I have found that in my experience in therapy, I work well with adults in all phases of life and different backgrounds. I assist my clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and daily stressors. I assist clients with developing coping skills and building support systems to get them through difficult life transitions.
