Opening up to a therapist may not always be easy or comfortable for a new or existing client. I try to put my clients at ease and meet them with supportive, nonjudgmental, positive regard. I am an active listener that captures the nuances behind the words and holds great regard for each person’s story. I enjoy assisting clients in finding new ways to live happier, more fulfilling lives. I am trained in modalities that address, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and relationships conflicts. I use, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a variety of other modalities. I believe the client/therapist relationship is paramount to the client's well being. I am adept at seeking solutions. I assist you with compassion empathy and competence.
