Just recently, a patient described me as “not a there-there” therapist to highlight my style as an active participant and sounding board in our sessions. I compassionately challenge my clients to evaluate and explore why they may feel stuck in their lives. Together, we develop a plan best suited for incorporating your past narrative and trauma into your future story. I have unique specialities in grief, illness, adolescents and family dynamics. I particularly welcome teenaged individuals and their families.
