Happy Hello! My name is Monica Jauregui-Gomez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a practicing therapist for 9 years. I believe every person is the expert in their own lives and I'm here to hold a safe space for you to problem solve and think about the choices that are healthiest and best for you. I pull from various theoretical approaches in my work as a therapist, however I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and specialize in trauma.
