Hello, and congratulations on taking the first step towards improved mental health! I am an LCSW in New Jersey. I like to offer individual therapy that is client-driven, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Rooted in strengths-based, and resiliency frameworks, I utilize EMDR therapy techniques to personalize goals with clients. This approach addresses past events that still impact how a person views themselves, as well as the world around them. It also enables me to view clients through a “whole person” lens, taking into consideration a person’s whole life experience, if they’d like.
