Clients contact me when they are in emotional pain and dissatisfied with their personal or professional lives. I work with each individual or couple to find clarity for what is possible and to help change the patterns that bind them. I use several therapeutic approaches such as teaching self regulation, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems. My goal is to address conflict, emotional pain and trauma, and set a course for healing. I encourage clients to take an active role in therapy while providing gentle, steady guidance. My approach to therapy has been deeply influenced by what my clients have taught me.
