Facing a life challenge? If you are reading my profile, you are already taking the first step in addressing it. It is hard to face problems in life that are unwanted, unwelcomed, and often, unanticipated. All of us face obstacles, the recovery process lies in how we overcome them. I work with clients to understand the difficult challenges in their lives and offer solutions, support and insight. The process of therapy is about tailoring to you and your circumstances. I truly enjoy helping people navigate the experiences that life gives us. My varied background has given me a broad perspective on treatments that work for many people. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) specializing in treating mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic exposures, relationship issues, and addiction including opioid dependence. I use different therapy styles to help clients gain insights into how to manage and eventually thrive, even despite difficult times and circumstances.
