Over the years, I have worked to hone my skills, through training, tribulations, and successes. It’s all futile. What I have come to understand about life is that regardless of education and experience, is that it all boils down to this: You want to live authentically. You want to feel like you belong. You want to be seen, to be heard, and to have a shared experience with someone else. You cannot do that without looking inward. My job is to help you discover your own strengths, desires, and ultimate purpose so you, too, can build the life you were destined to live rather than just surviving it. I take a psychospiritual approach, which integrates mind, body, spirit, and soul for healing to take place, and then work towards finding meaning and purpose in life that is fulfilling to you. I’ll work with you to break free from whatever pain you may be experiencing, so you can live more authentically and unapologetically.
